The survey is a chance for you, as players, to have your say and help shape the game. The survey will help generate insight and understanding into players (both active and lapsed) motivations and behaviours for getting involved in rugby. The survey has a specific focus on youth and adult male participation. The insight generated will help shape a set of proposals aimed at addressing the player retention issues we are experiencing in the game. Please share with your team mates to ensure as many players as possible have the opportunity to have their say.
